MacOS

For macOS, please use the following installer. You can choose which plug-in formats to install when running the installer. NEW: The universal installer for both Apple Silicon and Intel processors is now online.

Atrium installer (macOS AU/VST3) v1.2.0:

You have to acknowledge that you read and accept Atrium’s EULA and our General Terms and Conditions to download the installer and run Atrium.

If your DAW / plug-in host software doesn’t find the AU version of Atrium, you may need to restart your DAW or computer.

Windows

The recommended way of installing Atrium is by downloading and running the installer. This will automatically install Atrium and the presets into the appropriate directories or the directory of your choice. It also comes with an uninstaller.
Alternatively, scroll down to find the download for the individual plugin (VST3) file and presets.

If you are looking to update to a newer version of Atrium, simply run the new installer. This installs the new version of the Atrium.vst3 while retaining your custom presets.

Atrium v1.2.1 installer.exe:

You have to acknowledge that you read and accept our General Terms and Conditions to download the installer and use our software.

Note regarding the demo mode:
Using Atrium without a licence now allows you to test its great sound and most of its features. However, there are some limitations:
• Audio output will be muted periodically.
• A closable window will periodically pop up, allowing you to enter your licence credentials.
• The source position, room height and reflectivity settings are fixed and/or will revert back to their original values. You can still adjust the position of the listener to get a sense of Atrium’s stereo location features and adjust the room’s width and length for various spatial impressions!

Atrium is not freeware and the purpose of the demo mode is for you to be able to test its basics for yourself. It is not intended nor suitable for productive use without a licence.

If you don’t want to run the installer, you can alternatively simply download the Atrium.vst3 file and the presets individually and move them into the appropriate directories.

Atrium.vst3 v1.2.1:

For the Atrium.vst3 file, move it into any of the directories that your plug-in host (e.g. DAW) scans for vst3 plug-ins.

The default directory for vst3 plug-ins is: “C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3”

You have to acknowledge that you read and accept Atrium’s EULA and our General Terms and Conditions to download the plug-in.

Atrium Presets.zip:

In order for the plug-in to find the preset files, you must extract the zip file into the following directory: “C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Convex Audio\Atrium”
